Oliver Georg blickt auf mehr als 25 Jahre Erfahrung und Führungsverantwortung in internationalen Immobilien und Kapitalmärkten zurück. In dieser Zeit strukturierte er Immobilientransaktionen in Deutschland, den Niederlanden, Österreich und Nordamerika mit einem Investitionsvolumen von über 1,5 Milliarden Euro.

Er hat dabei Immobilienportfolios für global agierende Investoren, Fonds Initiatoren und Family Offices aufgebaut, die Finanzierungen arrangiert und im Nachgang das notwendige Portfolio/ Asset Management etabliert und begleitet.

Neben der Akquisition, dem Ankauf und der anschließenden Steuerung der Projekte hat Herr Georg auch aktiv bei der Eigenkapitalbeschaffung an den Kapitalmärkten durch die Konzeption und den Vertrieb von entsprechenden Fondsstrukturen bzw. Produkten mitgewirkt.

Oliver Georg has more than 25 years of experience in international real estate capital markets through a number of managerial positions. During that time he has realized an investment volume in excess of 1.5 billion Euro in Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and the United States.

His track record includes the build up of numerous real estate portfolios for globally acting institutional investors as well as family offices, obtaining necessary financing and subsequently developing and implementing portfolio/ asset management strategies.

While focused on acquisitions and transaction management Mr. Georg was also active on the capital market side directly sourcing and accessing equity through funds structures and products which he was instrumental in developing.
